On this site you can join up to three waitlists (Swiss Hiking Guide, Photo Workshops, Trips). For that I need your email address, nothing else. I use it to let you know when the respective offer becomes available, and to ask for your opinion beforehand. No sharing with third parties, no selling of addresses.
After signing up you receive a confirmation email (double opt-in). You are only on the list once you click the link in it. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to me. Your address is then deleted.
The waitlists are managed with MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Dublin, Ireland). The data is stored on servers in the EU. MailerLite processes it on my behalf and only for this purpose. MailerLite's privacy policy: mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The site is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). For visitor statistics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and records no personal characteristics; it counts page views and their origin in aggregated form. When you open the site, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address in order to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
You can ask at any time which data I have stored about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to david@cokra-visions.ch.
Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For people in the EU, additionally the GDPR. The processing is based on your consent when signing up, which you can withdraw at any time.
